As a result, it was extremely shocking and disheartening when the negative post came from the Mwanawasa family.
Miriam Mwanawasa is the daughter of Levy Mwanawasa and she recently made some controversial claims on Facebook. In her post, she claimed that Dr. Rajan Mahtani wanted to inherit the land owned by the Mwanawasa family at Masaiti district. In reply, Dr. Rajan Mahtani released a press statement in which he clarified that he never made such intentions. Furthermore, Miriam Mwanawasa did not showcase any proof to confirm her claims. As such, these claims have been regarded as baseless, ludicrous and Dr. Mahtani also said that he will be taking stringent actions against this act.
