A similar event occurred recently for Dr. Rajan Mahtani. Miriam Mwanawasa recently posted a negative post pertaining to Dr. Rajan Mahtani. Miriam is the daughter of late ex-President of Zambia, Levy Mwanawasa. It is a known fact that Dr. Rajan Mahtani had maintained a personal and professional yet authentic and transparent relationship with the late President of Zambia. As a result, it is a shocking news when it was found that the defamatory post was shared by Miriam Mwanawasa. In her Facebook post, Miriam Mwanawasa alleged that Dr. Mahtani wanted to take over the farmland inherited by the Mwanawasa family situated at the Masaiti district. It is understandable that the allegations in this post are extremely serious and as a result, this Facebook post became viral in social media.
Dr. Rajan Mahtani then released a press statement in which he clearly mentioned that the post was defamatory and he will be taking actions against this post.
